02 Using this site
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to make any purchase.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it (for example by attempting to access restricted areas, scraping data, or distributing malicious code). We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
03 Products & availability
We make every effort to ensure that the products shown on this site are described accurately, with correct prices and stock availability. However, errors may occur — if we discover an error after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price, or cancel the order.
Product photography is for illustration. Actual packaging may vary slightly. Tanning results vary by individual, lifestyle and application — we make no guarantee of specific aesthetic outcomes.
04 Orders & payment
A contract is formed between us when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists and we may decline any order without giving reasons.
Payment is taken at the point of order via the payment methods displayed at checkout (typically major credit/debit cards via Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.
Minimum order value is £25. Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
05 Prices & VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and where applicable are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
06 Delivery
Free UK postage applies to all orders of £25 or more. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receipt. Delivery within the UK is typically 2–4 business days from dispatch, depending on the courier and your location.
International orders are processed separately — international shipping rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or VAT levied by the destination country.
Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.
07 Returns & cancellation
★ Important — Hygiene Policy: For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, unsealed, or had its tamper-evident seal broken. This applies to all tanning lotions, bronzers, intensifiers, accelerators, tingles and after-tan products. This exemption is permitted under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(3)(d).
For unopened products in their original sealed packaging, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law. Full details, including how to return, refund timelines and faulty-product procedures, are set out in our Returns Policy.
08 Liability
Our total liability to you in respect of any order is limited to the price you paid for the products in that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits or business interruption.
Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. We recommend a patch test 24 hours before first use. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
09 Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography and design — is the property of Tan Cosmetics Global Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.
Fame Tan, Royal Line and Sun City Line are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here under licence.
10 Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We collect the minimum information necessary to fulfil your order and provide customer support. 11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based outside England and Wales, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction under your local consumer-protection laws.
